Charlotte Bachmann is an associate senior with DGE Avocats. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree and a Master in international and european law from the University of Geneva, and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2014 after having trained at the firm. In 2022, Charlotte Bachmann obtained the title of “Specialist FSA Labour Law”, which certifies a solid experience and an extended skill in this domain.

Charlotte’s main area of expertise is litigation (civil, criminal and administration) with a particular focus on employment litigation, including public service law. She acts both in an advisory role and as the representative of parties before the Courts.

Her working language is French with a sound knowledge of English and German.
